7:00 PM   Thomas N. and Lynn B. Oertel, 270 Little Sandy Pond Road, Parcel ID 059-000-039-004.  A Notice of Intent to construct a new single-family dwelling, including utilities and amenities and in-ground swimming pool, within the buffer zone of the Bordering Vegetated Wetland of Elbow Pond.
This project is subject to review by the Natural Heritage and Endangered Species Program and MESA.

The applicant requests a waiver to work within the 50’ “No-Build” Buffer Zone

7:15 PM     Plymouth Yacht Club, 34 Union Street, Parcel ID 020-000-184C-000.  A Notice of Intent to expand the existing float storage area, including grading and the construction of a retaining wall, within the buffer zone of a Coastal Bank to Plymouth Harbor.
The applicant requests a waiver to work within the 35’ “No-Touch” buffer zone.
